Our members have shared their need for ongoing professional development to help them build their businesses. It’s one thing to be trained to provide home watch and concierge services, it’s another to provide those services profitably to a growing client base.

The following recorded presentations cover a wide range of topics designed to help you navigate the business side of the home watch profession. Whether it’s about closing more sales, setting business goals or understanding some of the accounting pitfalls, this year is focused on helping you build a business that delivers value not only to your clients, but also to you, the business owner.

There will be a different presentation released each month to be viewed at your convenience. Once a presentation has been posted it will remain available for viewing for the remainder of the year.
